Hello, Katalin. I have a question for you please. I do make goat milk kefir with the kefir grains (kefir babies) but I use pasteurized goat milk as I have been unable to buy Raw or organic goat milk. I’m at Edmonton, Alberta. Is it okay to use pasteurized goat milk or can it be detrimental instead?
The kefir will add enzymes that have been lost in pasteurization.
